Be Collectively: Visual Identity for a Leadership Strategy Brand
Collectively is a leadership strategy firm helping leaders, managers, and systems become more adaptable and effective, even in periods of rapid growth. Their bold new visual identity combines strong typography with distinctive hand-drawn illustrations, which play a central role in capturing the grit, rigor, and authenticity of their process.
A suite of hand-drawn illustrations were developed to provide the client with versatile assets for both print and digital projects.
Each illustration was carefully drawn to reflect the brand’s meticulous, detail-oriented process, bringing warmth, authenticity, and a human touch to the visual identity while remaining flexible across a variety of applications.

Visualizing this concept was a major challenge, requiring multiple rounds of exploration and refinement. The final design was carefully chosen to capture the essence of the coined term Growth Crunch™ in the most impactful way.
The Concept:
The rope weaves through the lettering of Growth Crunch™, beginning with frayed edges that tighten into a knot at the center before gradually smoothing as it emerges. This symbolizes steady growth, the challenges encountered along the way, and the resilience that leads to progress.”
